Welcome to Rustasis! By purchasing a VIP package, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"). Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Payment & Subscription

  • The VIP package is a one-time purchase, valid for thirty (30) days from the date of activation.
  • Payments are processed securely through our designated payment provider.
  • The VIP package does not automatically renew. A new purchase must be made to continue VIP benefits after expiration.
  • No refunds will be issued once a purchase is completed, except in cases where required by applicable laws.

2. VIP Package Activation

  • VIP perks are typically activated minutes after payment is confirmed but may take up to 4 hours.
  • If you do not receive your VIP benefits within 24 hours, please contact Rustasis support.

3. User Responsibilities

  • VIP status does not exempt players from Rustasis server rules. Any violations of server rules may result in penalties, including but not limited to warnings, suspensions, or bans, without refund or compensation.
  • Players are responsible for maintaining access to the Discord server and ensuring their account is correctly linked to receive Discord-based VIP perks.

4. Modifications & Termination

  • Rustasis reserves the right to modify or discontinue the VIP package, its benefits, or pricing at any time without prior notice.
  • If VIP services are discontinued during your active subscription period, we will provide a pro-rata refund or equivalent in-server compensation at our discretion.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes related to VIP purchases should be directed to Rustasis support.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in the suspension or termination of your Rustasis account and access to our servers.
